Tasks

  • Preparing a suitable field training manual for the college requirements in accordance with the organizational rules for field training, and it is approved by the college council, and included:
    • ​Field training objectives.
    • Requirements and conditions for joining the field training from the number of hours passed or the completion of specific study courses. 
    • ​The mechanism of applying for field training for those who meet the enrollment criteria 
    • A list of the field training requirements in the college, such as forms, final periodic reports, attendance and leave statement during the training period, any other forms approved by the College Council. 
    • Evaluation mechanism for trainee students after fulfilling all field training requirements.
  • ​​Develop field training models in a way that contributes to organizing the field training program, meets the requirements and achieves a high quality standard in the implementation, follow-up and evaluation stages. 
  • Implementation of the operations of the field visits scheme in the college, including the list of supervisors nominated for the field visits program, according to the feedback, improvement plans, and raising the university's agency for educational affairs and development by requesting accreditation and assignment. 
  • ​Organizing lectures and workshops to prepare students for the field training program. ​
  • Communicating with the scientific departments to determine the number of students and students those wishing to register for field experience, then sort and coordinate with the training authorities to provide training places to cover those numbers.
